About Me

Ramiro Duran

Independent Documentary and Street Photographer

I am an independent documentary and street photographer based in Mexico, working since 2002 across analog and digital media—ranging from black and white film to vibrant color documentary photography.

My long-term projects often explore marginal cultural expressions, including circus life, religious traditions, and everyday street scenes. My work has been exhibited internationally, recognized with several awards, and published in outlets such as Cuartoscuro (Mexico) and National Geographic (USA).

I'm always open to collaborations with galleries, magazines, museums, NGOs, and cultural institutions. If my work resonates with you or fits your project, I'd be glad to connect—feel free to get in touch.
